Fever (also known as pyrexia) is one of the most common medical signs and is characterized by an elevation of body temperature above the normal range of 36.5–37.5 °c (98–100 °f) due to an increase in the temperature regulatory set-point. A headache or cephalalgia is pain anywhere in the region of the head or neck. It can be a symptom of a number of different conditions of the head and neck.

Fever & headache: As long as the fever is not high (persistently > 102), and if it has only been 2 days, i would just take Ibuprofen (otc), 3 tabs 3 times a day as this is probably a viral process that will go away by itself.
