Wrong assumptions: You assume that 1) condoms guarantee the prevention of std's, and 2) that all prostitutes carry std's. You may have an std, but impossible to tell over the internet.. Otherwise well?: Fever is a normal response to infection, so you don't have to completely take it away with medications. Use the medications if he is very uncomfortable. Hard to interpret the eye pain without seeing your son - as long as he is otherwise well (eating / drinking, acting normal and not confused, breathing comfortably) it is safe to wait and watch. Aseptic meningitis: You most likely have a mild form of NON-bacterial meningitis. Don't be alarmed because there are many, many kinds of meningitis - and probably you are thinking of the worst one! But you don't have that. You probably have a mild viral infection (enterovirus). I would call your primary to get a formal check-up.
