Fever And Achy Legs
34 female I have fever once every 2 months with very sharp leg ache in calf and front. happening since june 2014. no other symptom. What it can be?
Maybe muscle cramps: I sorry to hear about this. Regarding the fever, what do you call a fever? Doctor's classify fever as a temp over 101.3F or 38.5C. Do you have a temp this high every 2 months. Is there any redness around the skin of the calf? But this could be just muscle cramps. You could try eating more bananas for potassium which can help for cramps. Water also helps for cramps. ...Read more
Maybe not: Low-grade fever and achy legs can be a sign of a uterine infection. You should see an Ob/Gyn about your symptoms. Best wishes! ...Read more

Dull achy knee pain in both legs on and off for 2weeks. Normal active when standing or on legs for long. 20 yrs old very active. No fever of swelling
It could be nothing: for a 20 sears old healthy it could be nothing. if you play any sport,it could be a minor injury. if pain persisted you might need to see a doctor to make sure you are not experiencing the beginning of rheumatoid arthritis, you can take ibuprofen to see if that will make the pain go away. you might want to do some leg exercise specially to the quadriceps since it is the muscle that protect knee. ...Read more

My 7 yr old child is having a fever, lower stomach ache, and leg pains. What could wrong with her?
Not sure: Not enough info to make a diagnosis, but from what you describe would strongly recommend having her seen by a doctor asap. As an example this could conceivably be appendicitis with irritation of nerves running into their legs creating the pain. Have them seen, and hope they are better soon. ...Read more

5yr old complains of heachache, tummy ache and tingly arms and legs before bed and first thing in the morning last few days. No fever. Why?
I have a sore throat and my legs ache. Can these be related? I had a fever earlier today. I don't have a spleen.
Viral infection: Most likely a viral infection. Not having a spleen predisposes you to infection by capsular bacteria but you need not be too concerned at this time unless you started to have green nasal discharge or a high fever (>102 F). Be sure to get immunized regularly with Prevnar (pneumococcal vaccine) and Pneumovax . Need to be treated promptly if you have symptoms of bacterial sinus infection which may follow a cold. ...Read more
