No worries: Unlikely that a miscarriage could be the cause of the fever or that the fever would cause a miscarriage. Firstly, take two Tylenols, (acetaminophen) a cool bath and drink an extra large glass of water. Assess whether you have pain anywhere, like your legs, flanks, sinuses or chest. Possible: Spotting after a miscarriage can persist for a while especially as the body's hormonal levels are trying to adjust back to pre-pregnancy levels.
