Firstly, take two Tylenols, (acetaminophen) a cool bath and drink an extra large glass of water. Assess whether you have pain anywhere, like your legs, flanks, sinuses or chest. Can be normal: I would have to get more history to answer your question, and you age, menstural history etc., if you are saying you had 5 NEG pregnancy tests and you are still late and this is new for you, than you can wait, some times stress, medications etc can cause a person to have delayed period.
