Atelectasis: Atelectasis is a collapsing of the small air sacs or alveoli in the lung. Commonly after surgery this happens. It is a common source of low grade post operative fever. Maybe viral: You may have a viral gastroenteritis, which could cause dehydration which would lead to an increased heart rate and dizziness. Limp is unrelated. Stay hydrated and see if that helps.
