Both: It might be just look occurrence, but at the same time you should be checked for disorders that cause miscarriages. Lupus, diabetes, thyroid disorder, clotting disorders, vitamin deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, etc. Could all be the issue. Depends: If you are still ovulating but just have a prolonged cycle the average rate of pregnancy per cycle is about 20% however if you are having irregular or lengthening cycles due to anovulation (not ovulating) then your chances would be much lower. There are a few simple blood tests that can be done to evaluate you, also an ovarian cyst can occasionally cause delayed cycles. ...Read more

Maybe: Early pregnancy losses are not uncommon. Pelvic infections can cause scarring in the tubes that increases the risk of infertility or tubal pregnancy but i don't think gonorrhea increases the risk of a miscarriage in a normally implanted pregnancy. ...Read more

No perfect app: Apps for fertility aren't perfect and they can be confused by irregular cycles and anovulatory months.
