Need more info: A couple of thing, first have intercourse to enjoy and show your love with your husband. Secondly have intercourse when you are not tired and have privacy. 6y no baby: I would say after 6y of trying that you should have IVF. IUI can be tried, but less likely to work. You state you have been pregnant before, but if you can't sustain pregnancy pregnancy due to uterine factors, then your only option may be surrogate. Still possible: Unprotected sex on day 7 of a 32-36 day cycle is fairly low risk for pregnancy but you but there is always the possibility that you could ovulate earlier and pregnancy is a possibility.
