Yes, but: It's a total waste of your money. The only thing that will lose weight is your wallet. There may also be interactions with the pills and your rx since we don't know that's in the pills. How much wine??: I am always leery of these questions. People for whom drinking alcohol in some form is so important that when they are placed on a medication or are having a procedure they want to know if it's ok with alcohol. Not saying there IS a problem, but saying you should at least think about it. 1-2 glasses of wine will not interfere with diflucan (fluconazole) and there are no interactions.
