Female Urethral Sounding
When I google about pigmented female urethral opening, it gives me results about urethral cancer. Mine is black in color & I observed this recently.
Here are some. ..: The color of urethral opening alone should not be taken as a sign of urethral cancer especially for a 22-yr female like you as long as being comfortable and having no bleeding and palpable induratiion there or its vicinity. Of course, if still in doubt, see a gyn-doc for more detailed Hx, physicals etc. For confirmation. ...Read more

I have a stricture in the urethra near the bladder sphincter I self catheterize would like to know what sounds to buy if any need your advice?
What are symtoms of a urethra strictute my pee comes out slow 30 percent of the time but the other times fast no prostatis does this sound like 1?
Possible: If you have a stricture, the urine flow can still vary considerably. Did this just start or has it been happening for a long time? Is it painful or cloudy? If this is a new condition or if it is getting worse, I would consult with a urologist. If you do have a stricture there is often dribbling of urine and straining to urinate. The best person to consult is a urologist. ...Read more

My female part feels very hot and I feel like I have to pee all the time. What does this sound like?
See answer: Urethral dilation is an outmoded practice with few indications in women compared to years ago. It was thought to be a cure for recurrent UTI or other urinary symptoms. It is now felt that there is little scientific basis for this. However, some women may have truly narrowed urethras (strictures) and dilation with successively larger instruments can temporarily restore normal caliber. ...Read more
