Absolutely, but....: Exercise induced anemia is part of the body's normal adaptation to endurance exercise and is expected. The challenge is to make certain that you do not also have iron deficiency anemia or some other cause. Yes and no: Exercise can lead to weight loss, dramatic weight loss can lead to "saggy skin" as you put it. On the other hand, exercises can tend to tone muscles and enlarge muscles which can have the opposite affect. Yes and Maybe: It depends on the degree of sagging and quality of the skin. If the skin is hanging as in someone that has lots a lot of weight, or there is poor elasticity or stretch marks it may not resolve without surgery. However, you are young and that certainly helps. Sounds good already: Depending on your build and height, 156 lbs actually is good considering the current obesity in us. So if you are 5ft6 or 6ft7, you are just a few lbs above ideal, but remember that muscle is heavier than fat. Being plump and active is better than nl wt and a couch potato. Weight : Weight loss is such a frustrating thing. Our bodies evolved to hold onto weight, and it can be very difficult once a plateau is reached. I have to say, that losing 30 pounds is amazing, so congratulations. You are doing everything right. You might need to "jump start" your weight loss by a change in exercise program.
