Many possible: Upper abdominal and chest pain can relate to many, many causes - even some emotional ones. But - what you say about the scoliosis and heart murmur suggest it might be connected to marfan syndrome - especially if you fit the profile - tall, slim, long fingers & feet, eye problems. Pain under left breast/ upper left abdomen. 21 year old female. Ribs, thoracic spine and chest xrays are good.
Pain: If the pain get worse when you touch the area, it is probably muscular in nature. Not likely: So far nothing to suggest that your pain is heart related. Its relation with physical activities, duration, characteristics, radiation, etc will make it more or less likely to be related to your heart. Is there a chance that anxiety is playing a role here? Need more info: Chest pain has a long list of causes, from musculoskeletal pain, pleurisy (inflammation on lung lining) and shingles to pulmonary embolism, pneumonia and more life threatening causes. Having no other symptoms makes this less scary though. Is it worse when inhaling? Do you smoke or recent injury? Likely nothing, treat with ibuprofen and if new symptoms/lasts longer than three days see your doc. ...Read more

Abnl ECG: Although it can be a helpful indicator, chest Xray is never a definitive test for heart size. This is done with an echocardiogram, cardiac CT, or a cardiac MRI. Sinus rhythm is the normal rhythm. Young female with anteroseptal abnormality on ECG- would suspect ECG lead misplacement- sometimes the heart is higher/lower in the chest or breast size differences.
