Doubt U tor the quad: but surly U injured it. coming out of a deep squat, puts Ur quad @ a bad advantage as far as leverage is concerned. for now ice, neoprene sleeve, I call non-functional bracing. it merely send stronger signals 2 Ur brain for proprioception, & sub consciously will B protective of it. as a brace, it adds no more than that. in 4 days NSAIDS, activity modification & slowly get back in 2 exercise as tol ...Read more
