Watch out!: While there are veins in the temple that are popping out (see www.Gorenveincenter.Com) easily treatable i suggest to be cautious as in the area you can find the superficial temporal artery that is some people is really visible. Ice and analgesics: You could have bruised bone of even muscles that are associated with yawning and chewing and ice and analgesics should help.
