I am so scared. I feel like I have airway remodeling because I am unable to exhale fully. I was diagnosed with asthma but only use albuterol as needed?

Get ICS now: Airway remodeling happens secondary to the ongoing inflammation in patients with asthma who are not on controller medications. You need to do pulmonary function test (pft) before and after bronchdilator and if fev1 is not improved by 12%, then you might have remodeling.
