Probably not: Based on your history you probably have some irritation of the tissue of the back of throat or some mild nasal bleeding with cough. Drink plenty of water. Use humidifier at night to avoid tissue drying out. If smoking - consider quitting. If symptoms not better in a week or worsen see MD.

Unlikely: Ct and bronchoscopy are currently not useful, it seems. Cxr can miss a lot of stuff but at your age it is unlikely to be something very serious.
