What causes stiffness / pain in the mornings on the top of both feet (disappears after a few steps)? I've had this daily for about a month.
Past week, foot/body stiffness when getting out of bed and after sitting for 3-5mins. Some quick numbness. No change/injury. Anything I can do to help?
Foot/ body stiffness: Just the foot or body also ? If foot may be plantar fasciitis, - treat w/ stretches ( roller massager can get online) or kinesiotape, NSAIDS ( motrin if not allergic) or input/meds /steroid injections from doc.
