Feet Feel Cold But Are Warm
For the last week my feet "feel" cold, but are warm to the touch (37 yo female, no DM2, 22 BMI). Family hx of Shy-draggers. Should I be concerned?
What are some ways to help keep my body tempurature and feet warm when attending lengthly cold events?

Is it cold at work.: In your post, I am not quite clear on whether or not you work in an environment that is cold and this makes your feet freeze, or your feet just are freezing cold irregardless of the ambient temperature. It sounds: Like you may be experiencing symptoms from a nerve impingement. Since, you mention a cold extremity, you need to differentiate if the extremity is legitimately colder or just feels like that. Stress-response hyper stimulation can increase perception of, and reaction to danger.

See color changes?: It can't be completely clear but if they feel cold this suggests a vascular issue. This fits into the category of cold intolerance. With color change this would suggest raynaud's.
