Feels Like Pressure On My Bladder
Whenever I go pee I have this pain in my very lower stomach on both the left and right side. It almost feels like pressure once my bladder is relieved?
Possible infection: My question to you is, is this a new symptom or is this something you've had for a long time? If this feeling is new for you and you have feelings of burning, urgency to go, and difficulty emptying you might have a urinary tract infection. If pain in your lower abdomen is the predominant symptom, it could be many other things. Please see your doctor to have evaluated. ...Read more

The muscular layer that contracts during voids ...Read more
I sometimes (at least once a month) get pain in my bladder after emptying. The pain can only be relieved when I place pressure on my bladder. Help?
Sometimes a bladder spasm, like a muscle cramp, occurs in the bladder after it is emptied. It may mean that you delayed urination for a while causing the bladder to stretch, then contract more strongly after emptying.
Since it occurs infrequently, no treatment is indicated, but following an old urology professor's recommendation--"never pass a water fountain or bathroom without using it! " ...Read more

I have a constant pressure on my bladder I have had all sorts of tests to rule out possibilities and it is not a UTI what could it be?
Unclear, but: If all bladder eval is normal, I would think of unusual things like endometriosis if you are a female or uterine fibroid. Also, an empiric trial of Azithromycin is worth doing due to poss atypical infection like chlamydia and ureaplasma whether a man or woman especially if sexually active. An eval by gyn is advisable if female. I forwarded your question to urology for input and suggestions too. ...Read more

Unclear?: Your urethral sponge, even if engorged, would put pressure on your urethra. Is there a reason that you think your symptoms are related to such a specific area? I had a orange/pinkish jelly/semen like substance passing when I urinate little bit pressure in my bladder but no real pain I also had semensamecolor?
Infection? STD?: This is probably an infection, perhaps involving the seminal vesicles (the semen collecting sacs) or the prostate. Gonorrhea or chlamydia is possible if at risk for STDs. An STD is expecially likely if there is also discharge from your penis apart from urination. See a doctor ASAP for proper diagnosis and probably an antibiotic prescription. Good luck. ...Read more

Prostate trouble: Benign prostrate enlargement can cause urine flow blockage and a slower stream with incomplete bladder emptying.
