UTI: It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection possibly pyelonephritis. Get a urinalysis and urine culture and sensitivity to be sure. If positive you will need 14 days of antibiotic treatment to which the causative organism is sensitive. ...Read more

Overactive bladder?: The two main causes of urinary frequency or urgency in women are urinary tract infection (UTI) and overactive bladder (OAB), i.e. increaed muscle tone or spasm of the bladder. Three negative urinalyses means you have no UTI, so OAB is the best bet, and you're at typical age for it.
