?GAS: The normal mechanisms of the body will eventually cause enough build up of gas, that you would be able to "burp" up the gas bubble. Some people may be able to "induce" a burp on their own and maybe that would help your case. Drink plenty of water and hopefully the feeling will subside. I wouldn,t: "Wait on" any new onset chest pain although this certainly souds like ACID REFUX or GERD is a destinct possibility CARDIAC pain can present VERY "ATYPICALLY" in women! Go to ER or Walk In Unit! As soon as practicable!
