Tightness in the stomach is a very vague symptom and can be a sign of many different things, for example gastointestinal issues (gas, viral infection), premenstrual symptom, urinary tract infection, and even a sign of stress/anxiety.
If you feel you may be pregnant, the simple answer is to take a pregnancy test. Lastly, if you feel you may have a tumor, then you need to see your doctor for an examination and possibly imaging studies.

Simple vs serious: Our bodies always have things that grow and change. Skin, fat, muscle, lymph nodes, bones, can change shape, get larger, more prominent due to many factors. The vast majority are not cancer but simply unusual growths like fatty tumors, cysts, skin tags, moles, etc. Most cause no symptoms and can be watched. If they cause symptoms or change colors, bleed, bruise or hurt, then see your doctor. ...Read more
Lump in my stomach. About 2 in long. 2 inches above my belly button slightly to the left. Will rise to the surface and become visible. Then when mashed it's painful and will move.
Possible Hernia: By your description it sounds as if you may have a ventral hernia. I would like to know if you ever had any surgery in the past, including laparoscopic surgery. Frequently, with laparoscopic surgery a small incision is made around the umbilicus (belly button) and it is not uncommon that a piece of omentum (fat from inside the bell) or bowel could get caught. I would recommend a surgical evaluation ...Read more
Perhaps the most serious problem would be an hernia that is being pinched by the abdominal wall. If the bowel is pinched one can become constipated as food passage is delayed. You are describing pain where people with appendicitis localize their symptoms. If you were seen early on in the process, a ct and blood count could both miss the diagnosis. Since you posted your question 3 days ago, I assume things have gotten worse if you have appendicitis. Sometimes the appendix is located posteriorly behind the cecum and a ruptured appendix seals off creating an abscess. Patients with retrocecal appendicitis are often difficult to diagnose and the diagnosis is missed on the initial evaluation. If you are still having pain, you need to be re-evaluated. If examination is suggestive of a surgical abdomen, you should have exploratory surgery regardless of the ct results.
Physicians have become too dependent on imaging results and surgeons may wait too long to go in, resulting in a more complicated post surgical course and more morbidity. ...Read more

Heartburn: Heartburn and gastritis will irritate the lining of the stomach in the lower part of the esophagus and can often times present with tenderness in the upper abdominal region. Hard to say/depends,: It's hard to say what it could be without more information. It depends on where the lumps are in the abdomen, how long they've been there, and what other history you've got, if any. If you've got no diseases, and normal labs it's highly unlikely they're anything. If you're still worried it's a good idea to see your doctor for an exam, tests, and possible referral.
