Rigors: You may be in the process of having a cold before the fevers. Drink plenty of liquids and take a tylenol (acetaminophen) and that will help with the chills if it is a cold. The tylenol (acetaminophen) will also help relieve any pain you may have. For the nose, try some sudafed. This will stop the drainage. I have sudden onset fever .. Temp 101 and body aches, chills, but no cough or sore throat? Is this flu?
More info needed: While we can't diagnose this without more information, we can say that fever, body aches and chills are common symptoms of the flu.
