Hello. : Hello. Congratulations on your pregnancy. You may be feeling your baby kicking. Quickening is when you first feel the baby kicking. It is not uncommon to feel your baby between 16 to 22 weeks. Sometimes it is hard to tell what is going on. Was that gas or was that the baby? You should be able to feel the baby's movements more vigorously as your pregnancy progresses. The baby is moving well before your third trimester.
