If your diet contains a lot of "junk" (especially sweets) the brain becomes more sensitive to all input signals. Thus the "jittery" feeling is a result of the input signal from the stomach. May have reflux: See your doctor to find out if you have reflux food allergies or other abdominal issues. Some people have to avoid lactose and others glutein so it is hard to know without reviewing this with your doctor and getting a physical exam and possible work up. Even pregnancy can cause this. May be hypoglycemia: These symptoms could well be due to hypoglycemia, which is low blood sugar. Nausea: True food poisoning causes nausea,vomiting and diarrhea which usually resolves in a few days without any specific treatment. You may have a mild case.
