Should pass: Probably related to some component of the food including preformed toxin or some inflammatory condition (viral/ bacterial), all tagged under either food poisoning or gastroenteritis. Glucose tests always normal. Episodes of severe dizziness, hot/cold flushing, feeling weak, feeling hungry. Having sugar relieves symptoms.
