Should pass: Probably related to some component of the food including preformed toxin or some inflammatory condition (viral/ bacterial), all tagged under either food poisoning or gastroenteritis. This should pass, avoid dairy for a couple of days, drink water, liquids, dry toast etc, give it about 24 - 48 hrs, should improve. Vomiting: Checked HCG? associated diarrhea? if diarrhea could be gastroenteritis, though a week is a long time. May be gastritis with or without H pylori or gallbaldder or hepatitis, ( though w/ this degree of vomiting you should be yellow) .if associated with severe abdominal pain may be pancreatitis. appendix, UTI.
