Stop the fish oil: Why are you taking fish oil? There's no reason for a 23 year old to do this: it hasn't been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease in any group and especially not in low risk age groups like yours. It's a waste of money and exposes you to unnecessary side effects. If you want to positively affect your health, eat fish and exercise regularly.
