Stop the fish oil: Why are you taking fish oil? There's no reason for a 23 year old to do this: it hasn't been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease in any group and especially not in low risk age groups like yours. It's a waste of money and exposes you to unnecessary side effects. If you want to positively affect your health, eat fish and exercise regularly. Should i be worried about an internal tickling sensation in my chest? I have only felt it while sitting or laying down in bed, particularly after taking ambien. I feel like itching or pounding my chest/back to relieve the feeling but it doesn't help. Also
