Stop the fish oil: Why are you taking fish oil? There's no reason for a 23 year old to do this: it hasn't been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease in any group and especially not in low risk age groups like yours. It's a waste of money and exposes you to unnecessary side effects. If you want to positively affect your health, eat fish and exercise regularly. In particular you have not indicated what your heart rate (pulse) is. If your pulse is faster than 120 BPM while lying down I would suggest you go to get checked out now. ...Read more
