Other possibilities: There are other things in your scrotum that can feel like a vein and which can burn, swell, hurt, and create a heavy feeling after urinating. I would recommend that you see a urologist if you haven't done so already, and if you have, follow up with them.

Spasm feeling in my scrotum when coughing?

Spasm feeling in my scrotum when coughing?

Transmitted pressure: Pressure transmitted through the spermatic cord while coughing can often be perceived as a dull ache or spasmodic pain in the scrotum. An inguinal hernia can allow such pressures to travel from the abdominal cavity with cough or strain. A varicocele, or dilation of the blood vessels that drain the testes, can also cause similar discomfort.

A burning feeling under my scrotum. What should I do?

First clean and dry.: You should start by keeping the area clean and dry, using drying powders (talc) if necessary. Wear loose, clean underwear of hypoallergenic fiber. If the condition persists or becomes inflamed, get further evaluation by your primary care physician. A fungal infection such as tinea cruris (tinea cruris) may call for topical antifungals, or contact dermatitis may require Hydrocortisone cream.

My scrotum is feeling itchy, flaky and pain when I try to move it. What should I do?

My scrotum is feeling itchy, flaky and pain when I try to move it. What should I do?

See professionals...: Is it new or recurrent? But from what you described, in general, try avoiding any over-washing and any local physical stimulation. For the time being, try applying topical Hydrocortisone cream lightly and see for 3-5 days. If not improved, you should see a urologist or dermatologist timely, and don't second guess on line. Best luck...

How can you know that you hve damaged/torn/injurd your scrotal-testicular ligament? Any tests or scans? Besides feeling pulling pain and discmfort? Trtmt

Scrotal Pain: This question that you keep asking sure sounds like an 'online' diagnosis. In twenty years in medicine working mostly with men I have one, never even heard of this injury and two, it most likely would have the same treatment: gentle care and time to let it heal. If you have significant pain or deformity of the scrotum then get to the er or to a urologist's office.

If 1 of genitfemoral nerve fibres damaged due2 scrotal trauma (like some1 holds&pulls scrotum badly, & there was breaking thread feeling shud it heal?

Probably not related: Genital pain can be confused but usually still can be confidently diagnosed with a detailed focused history, physicals on scrotum and its contents, and tests as needed after analyzing the quality and quantity of pain with its detailed sequence of events. In reality, minor pulling or contusion will not cause irreversible damage. More doubt? Go to see urologist for differential diagnosis. Best...

I have 3 or 4 lumps on my left scrotum under the skin. Feels heavy and painful when lightly pressed. What could they be?

I have 3 or 4 lumps on my left scrotum under the skin. Feels heavy and painful when lightly pressed. What could they be?

Scrotal lumps: Most likely the epididimis; a coiled structure that comes from the testicle. Could be varicocoele or hydrocoele or sebaceous cysts. Testicular cancer is different since it's a mass right in or on the testicle itself.

I'm concerned as I don't know what it is. What's the best way with dealing with it on my own? Also I often feel a heaviness in my scrotum and vibrating. It's on my groin so I don't think it's connected too my testes. Am I safe to drain this?

Need more info...: To tell what you described may be, one needs more info on the specifics, relevance, & sequence of events of all symptoms + findings of physical exam & imaging studies as needed before a sensible diagnosis can be reached. How? Follow suggestion in articles listed in http://formefirst. Com/onDealSickness. Html. If draining something is needed, that will depend on the outcome of evaluation as linked...

Hello there, I have an uneven looking scrotum and I have an unusual saggy cord like looking/ feeling under my left testicle, what does that indicate?

Urologist can check: A varicocele is enlargement of the veins in the scrotum, usually above the testicle. If it causes no symptoms, then it should not be an urgent issue, but one can see his primary care doctor or a urologist to find out what is going on. If there is testicle pain, one should be seen right away to make sure there is not a torsion or twisting of the testicle.

Had vasectomy a week ago, everything fine until 2 days ago when I started feeling localized pain above my scrotum near my groin. Cause for concern?

Scrotal pain: Is it at site of surgery? It is not uncommon to have pain after surgery. If it does not go away in a week then it should be examined.

Dull, heavy ache in scrotum or testicles. It doesn't hurt it's just an annoying ache. What could this be? I've had it for months now.

See a urologist: It is possible that you may have a varicocele. In plain English varicose veins of the venous plexus of the scrotum. Most often on the left side. Treated primarily with surgery. You need treatment if you want to have kids, because the extra blood flow tends to increase the temperature and decrease sperm production. Testicles are outside the body in a sac because the temperature is lower.

If you want you can: Unlike hernia, heavy work will not harm you in varicocele, Wear a good supportive underwear like 'Jack Straps' If it bothers you get it fixed (surgery) a simple out patient surgery.

I felt heaviness in my scrotum and testicle area like prostatitis. So. I took 50mg androcur and 10mg provera (medroxyprogesterone) and the heaviness disappeared. Why & how?

"Why" is my question: Hey Ricky -- you are self-prescribing cyproterone and medroxyprogesterone because your equipment felt funny? You know that these are powerful medicines used in males to control sex offending. I am not going to try to second-guess what is up, but I am concerned you have been the target of malicious advice. Please get with your personal physician about these meds' possible adverse effects
