What is causes of pressure and pain in the abdomen area. Pelvic pain in dull ache in the lower back and right thigh and frequency unination?
Sensation of something in lower left abdominal area without bulge, soreness, pain in testes. feeling tightness in left thigh sometimes down to foot.
Could be hernia.: A hernia could exist without a discernible bulge. The other symptoms are consistent with a hernia. Could also be kidney stone, an issue with the sigmoid colon, pelvic lymph node enlargement...in short, you need some testing. R/O IBS: IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. IUC/CROHNS DZ/IBD is inflammation usually DX by BX IBS SX can be managed .You need a full exam and blood work. Especially screen for H pylori . It IS reassuring that it has been present for a couple of years, and nothing more dramatic has developed, but an evaluation of your pelvic organs by ultrasound or other imaging should be done.
