First though I would have might be possible acid reflux as the symptoms center around earing. Alvesco (ciclesonide) doesn't list these symptoms in its side effect panel but you should discuss this with your MD. The other problem could be mod severe constipation. If you are a bit backed up this could cause an imbalance in digestion. See your MD to review your history and do a physical.
