See your clinician: Dexilant dexlansoprazole is recommended to used for 4 weeks for GERD heartburn, and 8 weeks for erosive esophagitis (and 1/3 of GERD patients have erosive esophagitis). 3weeks late on period, negative preg test, mild stomach cramps at times, lower back pain, brown discharge at times, and dizzy at times?
Trust the test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection. ...Read more

Could be pregnant: You're 4 days late for your period ; have a neg preg test, but don't mention if your menses are reliable or if you've been on birth control in the past few months- including taking the morning after pill. Using contraception, breast-feeding or a recent pregnancy are all reasons why your period may not be reliable. Nausea? Tender breasts? Weight loss: 7# weight loss in 4d is rather dramatic. Since you've been eating fine & drinking plenty of fluids, I'd question the accuracy of your scale/weight. Perhaps you were weighed on different scales? Don't bother comparing weights unless from same scale in same state of clothing. Lots of causes of "slight nausea & uneasy stomach". See your Family Doc if this persists. And/or if weight loss is real. ...Read more

pregnancy test month ago. Weird tapping feeling in belly especially at night. any answers?
Likely gas: It is likely that the feeling is from the movement of gas in the intestine. Not easy to do, but it would be good to lose weight. Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Unprotected sex, 13 days late, 8 negative pregnancy tests. Under a lot of stress, cramping and breast tenderness (feels like pms). Preg?
Not so likely: You can have your doctor do a blood pregnancy test to be sure whether or not you are pregnant. However it sounds more likely that high stress have thrown off your hormones. So you didn't ovulate so your period didn't come. And that can also cause hormone symptoms like breast tenderness and mood swings. ...Read more
3 full periods, one neg blood test at 13 weeks and 5 neg HPT. Headaches, lots of stress, weight gain and backaches. Paranoid. Why is my period late?
Not ovulating: It sounds like you are not ovulating which indicates that your hormones are not functioning properly. I would see a GYN for full exam and blood work to determine the cause of the lack of periods. Don't be paranoid, just see the doctor and they will figure it out with you ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
