Should pass: Probably related to some component of the food including preformed toxin or some inflammatory condition (viral/ bacterial), all tagged under either food poisoning or gastroenteritis. This should pass, avoid dairy for a couple of days, drink water, liquids, dry toast etc, give it about 24 - 48 hrs, should improve. Unlikely will take longer, you may have an associated diarrhea as well in this case. ...Read more
