Being overheated: Take your temperature. If it is high, that is greater than 101.3 than you need to take steps to get it down and also identify the cause. Burning where?: If it happens when you urinate, you probably have a urinary tract (bladder) infection. You need to get a urine test to find out. Maybe related or not: There are a lot of possibilities, but your description of nausea/stomach pain raises that of gastritis & ulcers due to headache drugs. Stop non-prescribed nsaid's (aspiriin, advil, aleve, motrin, etc.) & consider acid reducer Rx (Prilosec, Prevacid, Nexium, (esomeprazole) etc.). Should pass: Probably related to some component of the food including preformed toxin or some inflammatory condition (viral/ bacterial), all tagged under either food poisoning or gastroenteritis. This should pass, avoid dairy for a couple of days, drink water, liquids, dry toast etc, give it about 24 - 48 hrs, should improve.
