Woken up a few days feeling like I had something in my eye. Once felt like a pebble. Ow. Painful for a few hours. Use saline drops & eye wash. Help!

If no better in 24 hours I would seek out an urgent care center of a primary care physician.There a fluoroscein test can confirm this diagnosis or perhaps lead you to a different diagnosis and subsequent treatment.
