You may have: a viral infection that may actually be infectious mononucleosis, or bacterial pharyngitis such as strep throat. Whatever medicines you take for these symptoms may also be responsible for making your brain feel that way. Most viral infections will finish its course in 3-7 days by itself, and bacterial infections will require antibiotics to treat. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap. ...Read more
Been feeling weak and tired.. body aches. then came down with headache, irritated sore throat, and runny nose (a cold) feel better.. Still have a weak jittery feeling throughout arms and body. ?
Viral syndrome: You have described a very typical viral syndrome. We call it this because we often don't know the name of the virus or how you got it, but the symptoms of fatigue and body aches are classic, as is the sore throat and headache. Feeling "jittery" is not unusual. It will resolve without antibiotics, only helpful in bacterial infections, with rest, hydration/fluid, and acetominophen/ibuprofen. ...Read more

Jaundice : If the "whites" of your eyes are yellow you likely have jaundice, which is related to liver disease. Evaluation, including lab testing is indicated as soon as possible. ...Read more

I would recommend fluids, Ibuprofen or acetamenophen, rest and observation, but if you are worsening or not improving in 12-24 hours, seek medical attention. If you have a feta cheese breath, a white membrane on the tonsils or rash, get seen now. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Don't just sit there: Rashes are usually a sign that you need to hotfoot it off to the doctor. Falling down is also kind of a red flag. You know? Don't know where you live and it's a bit late in the year, but Rocky Mountain spotted fever is not an impossibility. RMSF later than September is kind of unusual but who can say. If it is RMSF, more bad things can happen. Maybe an ID colleague can weigh in. ...Read more

See your doctor: So many things, let your doctor draw some blood to rule out a few things (thyroid disease, a growth in your chest/esophagus, diabetes or hypoglycemia), and an exam to rule out neurological disorders (vagal nerve issues, pinched nerve).
