Woke up severely nauseated, feeling faint, pressure at pit of stomach, flushed, gagging, burping tuna taste that I never eat, feeling bloated, tired?
Should pass: Probably related to some component of the food including preformed toxin or some inflammatory condition (viral/ bacterial), all tagged under either food poisoning or gastroenteritis. This should pass, avoid dairy for a couple of days, drink water, liquids, dry toast etc, give it about 24 - 48 hrs, should improve.
