I have a problem with solid food feeling stuck in my chest. I had a baruim swallow test, multiple x-Rays, and upper Edoscopy and they all came normal. So I can't understand what's going on. I'm on a panzaprozale once a day. Somebody help me please ?

Swallow test : May be needed where you actually swallow different food types (ie soft, firm) to see if that stimulates a different result. Also you may need pressure sensor placed to detect esophageal pressures as well which the GI doc usually does. A CT of the chest may also be needed for further evaluation. ...Read more

Unlikely: I would see a doctor about the swollen glands and lightheadedness. Unlikely related to hh. Hiatal hernia and acid reflux could cause the esophagus to spasm or even develop scar tissue and narrowing. This would cause the feeling of food sticking or catching. I would see your doctor about getting a test to check your esophagus. If not already taking acid medication twice a day, recommend doing so. ...Read more

SERIOUS: Get seen! when you say: 'can't keep down water' , this will lead to dehydration, so this is a serious situation. You may have an esophageal (food pipe) obstruction due to stricture (scar) or tumor. The chest burning suggests esophagitits (esophageal inflammation) which can be caused by acid reflux or yeast infection (candida).
