Roxicodone (oxycodone) and < 3 %: Body as a Whole: abdominal pain, accidental injury, allergic reaction, back pain, chills and fever, fever, flu syndrome, infection, neck pain, pain, photosensitivity reaction, and sepsis. Cardiovascular: deep thrombophlebitis, heart failure, hemorrhage, hypotension, migraine, palpitation, and tachycardia. Digestive: anorexia, diarrhea, dyspepsia, dysphagia, gingivitis, glossitis, and nausea and vomiting. Hemic and Lymphatic: anemia and leukopenia. Metabolic and Nutritional: edema, gout, hyperglycemia, iron deficiency anemia and peripheral edema. Musculoskeletal: arthralgia, arthritis, bone pain, myalgia and pathological fracture. Nervous: agitation, anxiety, confusion, dry mouth, hypertonia, hypesthesia, nervousness, neuralgia, personality disorder, tremor, and vasodilation. Respiratory: bronchitis, cough increased, dyspnea, epistaxis, laryngismus, lung disorder, pharyngitis, rhinitis, and sinusitis. Skin and Appendages: herpes simplex, rash, sweating, and urticaria. Sweating: Have you checked your temperature and your blood pressure? Is your pulse rate high? Have you started to drop to the ground as you stand up? Any one or combination of these suggests going to the Emergency Room. If things are not that advanced see your PCP.

Depends: Could be too much weight loss. Are you taking in enough good fat and protein? Stop counting calories and eat the correct foods: coconut oil, olive oil, lots of organic vegetables, enough free range meat.

Many things: Could be anxiety or medical problems. I suggest you see your family physician. Make sure you ask your family members if they have ever had anything like this. Also does this only happen when you are falling off to sleep or coming out of sleep. If so make note of this. Does your heart skip beats? Start taking your BP first sitting then standing am, noon, 6pn, hs with pulse and axial temp. Keep a log.

Check blood sugar: I would first have my blood glucose level checked, these signs are consistent with hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), but can also mean other things, but first thing's first. Next I would have a cardiac evaluation and this would include an examination of your thyroid function. You should see your primary care doctor soon.

If you have no: Known chronic medical issues at your age what you describe could certainly be a "Panic" situation. However, before you assume that it would be wise to see your doctor and discuss this situation and the medical conditions it can mimic. One would not want to make the assumption that it is a panic attack without eliminating some serious medical disorders.

PERHAPS you have: Low blood sugar issues. Please see your doctor. Also, make sure you eat regularly. Do not skip breakfast. Graze by eating a little protein every few hours. Peace and good health.

Are you pregnant?: Your symptoms may indicate irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, a "dumping syndrome", maldigestion, pelvic inflammatory conditions, urinary tract infection, gallbladder or pancreatic disease. Since you're a woman, pregnancy is a possibility. Avoid gut stimulants (like caffeine), fizzy drinks, gas-forming foods, add water-soluble fiber, eat healthy, exercise, re-evaluate your meds & see your doctor.
