Feeling is much like contractions, about 4" above the navel. Comes and goes. I am 9w 4d pregnant. No bleeding? Any ideas?
Gas pain: The most likely thing at this gestational age is gas pain or bowel spasm. Gallbladder pain also usually starts just above the navel then eventually goes to right upper abdomen.
