You need a:
Complete CHECK-UP by your PCP Primary Care Provider since in a male these symptoms are generally due to stomach disorders (ulcer, gastritis with subsequent blood loss, anemia fatigue) (If you are asking this for a female friend a PREGNANCY test is indicated) before the GI testing!

May have reflux: See your doctor to find out if you have reflux food allergies or other abdominal issues. Some people have to avoid lactose and others glutein so it is hard to know without reviewing this with your doctor and getting a physical exam and possible work up. Even pregnancy can cause this. Unclear: What kind of chocolate do you react to? Dark, milk, or white? How much sugar is added? Any other added ingredients including chemicals? Is it possible that it's something other than the chocolate involved? If it is the chocolate, it may simply be a food allergy. If you are diabetic, it could be the sugar making you feel bad. Stop eating it?: No, more seriously. It comes down to whether or not you are getting sick because it is a high-fat snack or whether you may be lactose intolerant. If you get sick with milk and other dairy products, the latter might be the problem. Otherwise, you just need to cut back the amount of ice cream you eat.
