You need a: Complete CHECK-UP by your PCP Primary Care Provider since in a male these symptoms are generally due to stomach disorders (ulcer, gastritis with subsequent blood loss, anemia fatigue) (If you are asking this for a female friend a PREGNANCY test is indicated) before the GI testing!

Sounds a bit: More "complicated" than a simple "Stomach Flu" You require a "hands On " Examination! In the meantime eat small frequent simple meals. Avoid fatty or spicy foods and keep your drinking fluids!

Take at night: Try taking your pills at night, then eat some crackers before you lift your head off the pillow in the am. This is similar to morning sickness, and the crackers is an easy way to help with mild importing sickness. The crackers absorb the acid in your stomach that has accumulated overnight.
