No worries: Globus pharyngeus is the sensation of something stuck in your throat. It isn't likely that you still have something stuck, but irritation from food going down in a rough way can cause globus. If you have good insurance, it's reasonable to see an ENT or GI doc now- otherwise wait and it will likely go away in a couple of days. I would take Prilosec /etc for a few days too, as reflux can contribute. ...Read more

Constant nausea: One condition that causes constant nausea is an inflammation in the lower esophagus or excess acidity.
Usually acid reflux has minimal symptoms or even none. If you are having this much symptom it might be due to more than usual erosion of tissue. I doubt if this can be cured by simply taking antacides. ...Read more
