More likely: You also have HEMORRHOIDS most likely from either DIARRHEA (IBS-D) or CONSTIPATION (IBS-C) In either case ask the Gastroenterologist who diagnosed the IBS!!

Abandon your unfortunate tendency to use vague colloquial words like "butt" and and state EXACTLY what the scan was called.
