IBS: The constant urge school sounds like ibs. The pain in your upper abdomen could be ibs, but I would also wonder if it represents something along the of gastritis or an ulcer. Other possibilities are ulcerative colitis or crohn's disease but you are not passing any blood or mucus so I doubt that the latter two are the case.
