I would make an appointment to see your doctor. In the meantime, I would consider a short course of omeprazole 20 mg once a day. Do not skip the evaluation, even if the interim medication helps. Back pain, dysphagia: Your symptoms may be related or not, minor, or more serious. I would ask you: are you/have you every smoked; have you had a screening colonoscopy? Food sticking in the throat could suggest infection or something causing some obstruction, low back pain could be muscular, could suggest a kidney stone or urinary infection, constipation needs further evaluation.
