Right after eating a meal and drinking all of water I felt faint and almost passed out. Also felt like I might vomit. What would cause it?
A large meal with a large amount of fluid intake may induce nausea due to a delayed emptying of the stomach of the food/fluid or possibly from a viral or food borne illness.
If it is something that only occurred once, I would not be worried about it but I would note what food you ate and fluid you drank.
Anti-nausea medications can help if nausea is persistent. ...Read more

If you eat small meals frequently instead of 3 big meals does that mean you vomit less when sick because there's less stomach contents?
Makes sense, yes: Eating smaller meals does mean there is less in your stomach at once. But, if you eat fatty foods, they stay around longer, so if you eat again soon, you end up with food in your stomach constantly. If you feel sick enough to vomit, you probably aren't going to want to eat much anyway, so after your stomach is empty of the last food you ate, it's just gastric acid that comes up. ...Read more
