Stomach/ gallbladder: Could be related to hydration status or diet. Ulcers, gastroesophogeal reflux or gallstones/gallbladder problems can all act like this. Adding probiotics to diet May be beneficial, but a physical by a Dr and obtaining history of you/family would help. If stomach or gallbladder problems run in the family, it could be that.
