Digestion problem: There is some problem with your digestion. Try these things and if they do not work see GI doctor again. Add a probiotic daily on an empty stomach. May be hypoglycemia: These symptoms could well be due to hypoglycemia, which is low blood sugar. To confirm this you should have your blood sugar tested when having symptoms and/or do a glucose tolerance test. The treatment is to avoid sugars/simple carbs and to eat more frequently.
