Result showed candida parapsilosis in stool (part of normal human flora) my symptoms match that of candida infection what further tests are needed?
Results from urine sample show really high leucocytes and epithelial cells in urine. Also high erythrocytes. What could this be? No bacteria present.
Might still be a UTI: Gram +ve organisms tike staphloccus, stretococcus,& enterococcus are all nitrite negative & thus urine dipstick can show as -ve for bacteria, yet you can still have a UTI, Urine needs 2B cultured to rule out a UTI in presence of so many leucocytes, Another explanation could be Mixture of introital smegma + some menstrual flow.
