Anxiety?: Although symptoms u provide are limited, it might be an anxiety disorder. Worth exploring. First schedule appointment with your pcp for medical evaluation to rule out medical factors, then consult a psychiatrist for further assessment.

Com/) and supplements including tulsi (holy basil), ashwagandha, valerian, passionflower, magnesium, B vitamins, L-theanine and Bach flowers. Avoid sugar, caffeine and unhealthy foods. It's you: The stuff can make folks flush. I am sorry your sister is a smoker and that she does not have the courtesy to go outside to smoke. She needs to get with the times.
