Way ahead of time!: Actually, it's not a bad idea for us all to plan for death if we mean living consciously w/ awareness and appreciation. But when you add anxiety and fear - you've made an error. Proper treatment: If your anxiety and panic has landed you in the er, then you will need more proper treatment including medication and cbt. Some of the antidepressants -not all- also work as anxiety modulators. They have to be used by someone experienced in treatment of anxiety.
